At Kis@Borg our motto is that life’s too short to waste. That’s why I find it a shame when people put their life on hold for financial reasons. A good example is the problem of dealing with a lawsuit or claim without the proper means to handle it. Such a case can take months or years, leaving you stranded with no outcome and a pile of legal bills. That’s where lawsuit financing comes into place. Companies like LawMax share the risk and take on the legal fees involved with the case themselves. If the case settles you can pay out of the settlement and if not you have nothing to lose.

Private investigation and industrial counter-espionage makes use of many devices that are so technically advanced, it makes the job a lot easier and exciting. A pinhole camera can be placed behind a wall so that the next door room can be monitored audibly and visually. It would need the examination of every walls, floor and ceiling surface with a magnifying glass to detect the camera lenses that are the size of the head of a pin. It can also photograph silently in almost total darkness.

Another surveillance camera is concealed in a small mobile telephone with the camera lens recording through a tiny hole typically used for the microphone. Still another is a micro transmitter surveillance bug that is powered by a miniature battery that can last for three months. It can broadcast up to one thousand yards to a radio receiver on any chosen FM frequency.

People enjoy being entertained and that is why the entertainment industry is huge. From movies, to plays, to operas, to concerts, to ballets, to sports games; the bottom line is that entertainment makes money. As a result, tickets to the most enjoyable shows are quite pricey. That is why one needs to purchase them for discounted prices at places such as teamonetickets.com. This site has tickets for a wide range of shows, plays, movies, and sports games including the fantastic National Finals Rodeo.

Among the many types of entertainment, Rodeos take one of the top places simply because they are interesting, exciting, and full of life. It is important though to sit up close so that you don’t miss a second of the action. It would be great to watch the Nationals Finals Rodeo from front seats. One can get National Finals Rodeo tickets from teamonetickets.com for terrific prices.

While all people are at the risk at some point in time to being a victim of identity theft, some are naturally more at risk due to the way they handle their financial and personal transactions. The factors that would affect a person’s vulnerability to this crime include the use of one’s personal computer for online banking transactions, online purchases and payment for services such as tickets for travel; discarding of credit card offers without shredding them; storing of personal information in one’s computer; and using the social security number for identification.

These daily activities expose people to an unwanted risk. Come to think of it, even the simple act of using a cell phone pose a risk due to the possibility of interception of valuable information. As a general rule, the more available personal data is and the more leniently it is handled, the greater the risk to ending up as a victim.

Analog is the original cell phone technology and is largely considered as obsolete today. After serving its purpose, it met its natural demise due to the many disadvantages associated with it as compared to newer technology. For one, the battery life is only about a fourth of that of a digital phone. They are also more susceptible to noise, disturbance and dropped calls, not to mention the poor voice quality.

Many new features such as date, time, text messaging, web access, among others, are not available on analog cell phones. They also need much more power which has more potential of disturbing other electronic equipments such as pacemakers. Nonetheless, all good things have their beginnings which pave the way for better versions and models.

Certainly, in spite of the much touted accuracy of the Global Positioning System (GPS) signal, there are factors that can degrade it and thus affect its accuracy. Some of these are due to ionosphere and troposphere delay, signal multi-path, receiver clock errors, orbital errors, number of satellite visible, satellite geometry/shading and intentional degradation of the satellite signal.

Satellite signals tend to slow down at it passes through the atmosphere or is reflected off by objects such as tall buildings or large rock surfaces before reaching the receiver. A receiver’s built-in clock is usually not as accurate as the atomic clocks on-board the GPS satellites thus the slight timing errors. The inaccuracies of the satellites reported location, less GPS receivers that can “see” as well as poor geometry of satellites can all affect the accuracy of the GPS signal.

The term “free software” associated with programs such as Linux immediately connotes the absence of monetary cost which may be true in one aspect. More importantly though, free refers to the freedom given with its use.

Users are free to run the program for any purpose. They are free to study how the program works and adapt it to their specific needs. The freedom to redistribute copies to help others is also provided while the freedom to improve the program and release such improvements to the public ensures that the whole community benefit from it. A program can only be considered free software if these freedoms are afforded to the users irrevocably as long as they do nothing wrong.

Search Engine Optimization or SEO in its natural form tends to be more time consuming and tedious than its artificial counterpart but is prone to longevity of results than the latter. While natural SEO focuses on content, keyword enhanced copy and use of proper descriptions, artificial SEO may use software generated keyword enhanced pages, methods of re-directs and software generated doorway pages.

Artificial SEO usually speed up rankings and placement initially but tend to go down as quickly especially when the existing content does not warrant such high ranking. There is also the risk of being banned when keyword dense pages are automatically generated en masse and are viewed as spammers. A site owner that aims to promote a product or services seriously for a good number of years or a lifetime would fare better using the natural way.

Many sites enjoyed good ranking until they decided to go for keyword dilution. Keyword dilution is basically stuffing as many keywords or key phrases as possible in one page. Although the right keyword or key phrases may hold the key to the customer’s attention, too much of these words might actually work for the opposite and close the door for opportunities.

Major search engines do not really appreciate keyword dilution and show their distaste for it by dropping the sites altogether. Useless words are just that – useless. No reader would like to see unnecessary repetition of words such as “bags, red bags, white bags, blue bags…” when it can be written as “bags come in red, white, blue…” It is simply jarring to the senses.
