Sites such as FaceBook and MySpace have been used recently for other purposes than the normal social networking, friendship and partner seeking, and publicity purposes. Now they are being used to get people’s voices across. Individuals who have been victims of sexual abuse whether it was rape or molestation, are asking individuals who see their videos for help. They are also warning the public from the people who harassed or raped them. Some of these victims turned to these sites after not being able to receive the proper assistance elsewhere.
